Shipping policy

Joiya offers shipping throughout the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our shipments of products are on a Not For Resale (NFR) basis.

All processed orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of your order. Packages should arrive within three to five (3-5) business days from the shipment date. Please note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments delivered.

Joiya does not ship outside of the United States.

All shipments are sent through the US Postal Service and from time-to-time using a courier of our choice. Carriers may vary depending on your location. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a claim within 10 business days by emailing support@joiya.life.
