Joiya offers a 30-day unconditional consumer satisfaction policy on consumer purchases. Return product container, either opened or unopened, with evidence of purchase, to be received at Joiya, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund excluding shipping costs. This satisfaction policy does not apply to our Starter Packs. Please see our Policies and Procedures for full details.

Shipping Policies & Practices
Joiya offers shipping throughout the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our shipments of products are on a Not For Resale (NFR) basis.
All processed orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of your order. Packages should arrive within three to five (3-5) business days from the shipment date. Please note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments delivered.
If you happen to live outside of the United States, please note that we cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered. All international orders are done at the risk of the customer. Packages that get held up by the local customs in a country is at the responsibility of the customer. Joiya is not liable for duties, taxes, or other fees required for you to receive your package.
All shipments are sent through the US Postal Service and from time-to-time using a courier of our choice. Carriers may vary depending on your location. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a claim within 10 business days by emailing [email protected]
